Adolescent obesity remains a pervasive public health issue characterized by poor adherence to conventional interventions (Lister et al. 2023). Current interventions are highly manual and time-consuming, require significant humanpower, and fail to engage youths (Kelly et al. 2024). This project initiative aims to utilize spatial computing and generative artificial intelligence (AI)-driven personalized exercise prescriptions to improve adherence, engagement, and health outcomes in adolescents.
